This program is designed to work in with your current training schedule and transition through phases to maximise your progress.

Our approach with our 5 week training block's is to work as closely with you as we can without actually coaching you intimately.

This program includes 4 training days per week consisting of:

  • 1 Squat/Lower Body Accessory day
  • 1 Deadlift/Lower Body Accessory day
  • 1 Bench/Chest Accessories day
  • 1 Bench/Upper Back Accessory day


Along with the program, you will also receive an info pack with how to follow the program and some warm up drills you might find helpful.
