JOIN THE TEAM

At Platform Strong our aim as a coach is to be involved in, and improve every aspect of your lifting to help you reach your goals.

We welcome all lifters of any experience level, from anywhere in the world to work with us towards your training goals, whatever they may be!

 

We offer two different coaching packages to choose from.

PREMIUM COACHING (Recommended)

INITIAL CONSULT
Assessment of your lifting with technique/cueing changes.
Either through 1x hour 1-on-1 session OR receive complimentary Platinum Coaching Package for the first week of startup.
TRAINING PROGRAM
Complete program to follow tailored to your training goals. All weights for main
lifts are prescribed by us.
 
WEEKLY CHECK INS
In-depth technique feedback on all main lifts (squat, bench and deadlift) once per week assessed by your videos that are sent in.
ONLINE SUPPORT
Access to Platform Strong private facebook group page where tutorials,
discussions, comp day tips etc are posted by the coaches.
NUTRITION COACHING
Optional Weekly Nutrition Coaching at no additional cost.
Learn to track with MyFitnessPal and flexible diet (eat out without guilt and still reach your goals).
COMP DAY HANDLING
On the day coaching of local and some interstate comps when possible
This includes advice and coaching for weigh in, warm ups, attempt selection etc.

Cost: $40 p/w OR $150 monthly (AUD prices)

PLATINUM COACHING

TRAINING PROGRAM
Complete program to follow tailored to your training goals. All weights for main
lifts are prescribed by us.
UNLIMITED CHECK INS
In-depth technique feedback on all main lifts (squat, bench and deadlift) assessed by your videos that are sent in. 24 hour response time
ONLINE SUPPORT
Access to Platform Strong private facebook group page where tutorials,
discussions, comp day tips etc are posted by the coaches.
NUTRITION COACHING
Optional Weekly Nutrition Coaching at no additional cost with 24 hour response time.
Learn to track with MyFitnessPal and flexible diet (eat out without guilt and still reach your goals).
COMP DAY HANDLING
